CHINNATHAMBI INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS PVT LTD., (www.chinnah.com) was born out of ambitious thought process on helping to bridge the gap between Industries and Employees which came as a huge threat especially during Covid 19. One of the brain child of MS. Lakshmi who had a great vision to help the right candidates to get the right fitment. She with a large experience of handling human resource right from her early career days since 1992 - She had made every attempt to make youngsters life colourful and attractive by guiding them in whichever way possible. She was instrumental in identifying and promoting women in all ways possible in this conservative society. She had began her entrepreneurial career with a humble beginning of 3 women staffs in 1992 and has trained and placed a massive women force of 3000+ in the last 30 yrs. MS. Lakshmi had been juggling with her family and Business very carefully balanced and ensured success in both arena. She had been always a lightning force with her motherly touch so much so that each downtrodden can easily approach for her for consultations with the support of able staffs and Lovely Family Members - She had been able to win the best entrepreneur award in 2002, 2012 & 2022 in Chennai, TN &India.
